Subject: Master Plan
I am writing in regards to the proposed change to the master plan of the shoreline setback. The
current guideline is 30ft which is the way it should remain. If the change to 160 ft went into action
then my families current property would be greatly affected. Our house would be within the 160ft
which if something happened it could not be rebuilt and if we could move it the septic would be too
close to the well. This would severely cause our property harm and reduce what we could do on it.
The stairs to the beach would have to be changed and other things such as trimming the trees and
bushes could not be done. Therefore as a current property holder in the area I am strongly opposed
to this proposed action. Thank you for your time and consideration.
