As a partial owner of 761 Ludlow Bay Road, I am appalled at the idea that the county thinks it has the right to
steal our family property right out from under us. Our family has owned this property for several decades. It has
gone from a vacation house, to a now permanent residence for my parents, Over the years we have maintained
and upgraded this land but have still maintained its natural beauty. If you were to force the 160ft setback, who will
be responsible for the lands upkeep? Government should never have the power to come in and decide to change
boundaries that have been established for decades. My family will not stand idly by why a bunch of bureaucrats
decide what they think is best for us. These individuals were elected to their positions and can be elected out.
