Subject: Mining on the Hood Canal
Dear Jefferson Co.
Please do NOT allow Mining and other industrial activities to be situated on the shores of the Hood Canal.
All of these types of activities would damage the shore line and adversely effect the quality of the water and
the surrounding shore. And, indeed of what use are they to any of the surrounding communities, except to
enrich a few individuals at the expense of all citizens.
