Subject: Do not permit mining activities on the Hood Canal Shoreline
Planning Commission,
It is requested that you modify the current preliminary draft
shoreline master plan to prohibit mining activities on the
shoreline of Hood Canal and any other shoreline of state-wide
significance within the county's jurisdiction.
I find it amazing that after all the public input and the yet to be
released environmental survey that you would even consider
such industrial activities!
If I'm missing something in this picture, please clarify by an
article in the Leader, etc.
