Subject: Hood Canal Shorelines
Planning Commission Members:
I have just gotten wind of your proposal to allow mining activities on the shoreline of Hood Canal. If this is true
(and I have not investigated this allegation yet) you can rest assured that I will be in a fury of opposition. It is mind
boggling to me why we residents have to be constantly on guard against preposterous decisions of bureaucrats.
If this course of action is indeed a fact it is my opinion that there is more involved than just a bad decision and the
question that has to be asked is: Has Fred Hill Materials been spreading its largess around again?
