Subject: Hood Canal development
To whom it may concern,
I live along the Hood Canal facing the location of the proposed mining, pier, and conveyor belt project.
On a still day, I can hear sea lions on the shore and the occassional drone of a marine engine as a ship
drives down the Hood Canal. The proposed project would subject my neighbors and I to constant
machinery noises and ship traffic which will spoil the natural beauty of the area. We chose to live here
because of the natural state of the Hood Canal, please preserve it.
