Subject: AMEND Draft
Greetings:
I write to urge you to amend the current preliminary draft
shoreline master plan to prohibit mining activities on the
shoreline of Hood Canal and any other shoreline of state-wide
significance within the county's jurisdiction.
The damage that could be done to the natural environment
cannot be undone. The corporate or job benefit is not worth the
risk in my view.
