I recently received information regarding new setback proposals. Having purchased our waterfront lot in 2005 and dealing with the size of our lot, issues and attempts to obtain a septic permit I am very concerned and opposed to any further restrictions that will restrict or impose limitations on reasonable developments along shoreline areas. Being in the Natural resource field and understanding the relationships between uplands, tidelines and shorelines I believe current regulations with Washington State Fish and Wildlife, Jefferson County and, Department of Ecology are sufficient to maintain the quality of fish and wildlife habitat. Common sense management must prevail. Please except my opposition to this proposal. Thank you, Mike Charron 1/26/2009
