The netpen aquaculture prohibition is a wise one.
I do not believe the ban on the two acre floating aquaculture limitation should be lifted.
I do not agree with the permitting of land based bouy/vessel retrieval systems.
I believe that owner rights to the exercised use of their property should be in perpetuity.
