Re: proposed SMP
The new proposed SMP is the most invasive / assault to privet property to come along . I don't know
how any citizens of this county could support it. I'm sure is was formulated with the best intentions but
in reality it will destroy - not only property but the tax base that supports our form of Govt.
There are so many properties that will fall totally within these setbacks that property will be worthless
to the owners and any new owners, thus lowering any value / tax base . it is my understanding that you
have the power in your commission to spare the community of this taking of property by Govt.
The notion of privet property is a fundamental to the existence of our nation. it is a fundamental
duty of government to protect property , rather than destroy personal property. [ J Locke
