To: Jefferson County Planning Commission,
As a family of four, my wife and I and our two young sons have enjoyed many hours
recreating and living on the Hood Canal. After twenty five years living in Alaska you
truly have a unique and pristine waterway that compares to anything seen in Alaska.
Please, we urge you to prohibit any kind of mining activities on the shoreline of Hood
Canal.
