Although it looks like you have tried to ensure that all possible precautions will be taken to mitigate potential problems and provide for remediation in the event there is an accident, past history shows that once the damage is done, there is really no going back and restoring the environment. Mining does not have a good track record of being environmentally sensitive. .and once they have done their damage, it is permanent. We have a pristine and envious shoreline...please don't mar it.
