We strongly urge the amending of the current preliminary draft
shoreline master plan to prohibit mining activities on the
shoreline of the Hood Canal and any other shoreline within the
couny's jurisdiction.
The irreparable damage to the shorelines, fisheries,
ecosystems, wildlife and human life cannot be overestimated!
This CANNOT be allowed to happen on our watch!
Please for all our sakes and our environment do the correct
thing and amend the draft to protect these vital resources.
