How can the state invest in cleaning up Puget Sound and still allow potential industrial pollution of Hood Canal? We cannot afford to ruin Hood Canal with piers and barges carrying the rocks and minerals that make up the land mass on T oanados Peninsula. Citizens are alarmed at this invasive greed, which will truly bring noise, air and water pollution to the whole Hood Canal. I am urging further public input and question and answer sessions to review the articles in the preliminary draft Shoreline Management Plan so that all citizens of Jefferson county can participate in this process in more depth. Thank you for reading my comments. M.C. Wright 150 North Beach Dr. Port Ludlow, W A 98365 2/2/2009
