Our cabin lies within the proposed buffer zone. Our lot is high-bank, and the view looks eastward, over the buffer zone. We strongly object to any new restrictions that would either prevent us from rebuilding, or remodeling our cabin to enable full-time use. And we strongly object to unreasonable restrictions that would keep us from maintaining our wonderful view (we've maintained "our" buffer in a manner that exceeds the current guidelines). While we have no intention to sell, we object to these new restrictions on the use of our property because it surely will have a deletorious effect on the market value, should we opt to sell. By the way, this year our property taxes have nearly doubled, will the county be issuing refunds? How is it that the old standards aren't working? What exactly will be gained by taking my rights to enjoy my property? Don't adopt the new Master Plan as it is written. Bill Bailey 10603 43rd Street Ct E Edgewood, WA 98372 2/2/2009
