Michelle,
An older couple, Mr. & Mrs. Moushey, sent what appears to be an original typed letter to Olympic Stewardship
Foundation. Not sure if they wanted us to get it to you or not.
In case they did not send a copy to you, I'm e-mailing a PDF copy of their letter, which I hope will be
acceptable. .
Outgoing postal mail goes from this part of the county to Olympia for processing, including postmark. I can't be
certain it would be postmarked in time, although I can forward this letter to you if necessary..
Hope the attachment can make it into the record.

To whom it may concern:
You are railroading us on the new shoreline master plan. Your plan is
far too restrictive. We have been paying taxes on this property for over
40 years and you have over double our property value plus our taxes this
past year, now you want to restrict futher use of our property and not allow
us access to the beach with stairs and put in a set back of over what our
property is.
If these restriction go into effect we would ~~~ be able to build
on this property or to even sell it. It becomes useless to anyone even if
water and sewer were to become available because we would not NOT have the
property to build on and yet you want our money. This is totally unfair and
unjust.
The county had 10% of the SHoreline showing as natural in the present
plan, now they say 40% is natural. This is ridiculous and takes away.from
us the usage of our property.
This plan is so complicated and hard to read. Public documents should
be readable and totally understandable and you should not need a lawyer to
understand them.
