Dear County Commissioners,
I write regarding the Shorelines regulations currently in the proposal stage. Please take great care that
you make this action fair to all property owners or offer them compensation on the reduced value of
their land with regard to setbacks and diminished use of a property. Keep in force current regulaitons
that provide for "averaging" with other setbacks of previously developed properties and do not
unnecesssarily impact larger perperties from the averaging standard. Plese try to keep the regulations
