They appear on your maps to be designated ''Natural'' and "Priority Aquatic." None of these parcels meets the criteria to be zoned ''Natural. " Regarding parcels 901 171 001, 901 171 002 and 90 1 083 002, these do not meet the criteria for ''Natural'' as they contain utilities and roads. The old railroad grade is now a road along the shoreline. The old railroad grade was built onto the beach in places. There are existing bulkheads, along the shoreline, which have been maintained. These parcels meet the criteria for "Conservancy;" they do not meet the criteria of ''Natural.'' Parcel 002 363 007 has utilities, roads, and a residence. It also does not meet the criteria of , 'Natural," and does meet the criteria for "Conservancy." Please designate our four parcels above as "Conservancy" rather than ''Natural.'' Please also designate these four parcels' abutting tidelands as "Aquatic," rather than "Priority Aquatic." I would also appreciate a response to this letter and we request that you add our e-mail address to the SMP e-mail list. Our e-mail address is: trkwhite@gmai1.com.
