We have just been made aware of significant changes that are being considered to the Jefferson County
Shoreline Master Plan that could significantly negatively impact the enjoyment and value of our home at 360 N
Beach Drive, Port Ludlow, Wa. 98365 for us and our future generations. A Master Plan that addresses existing
open space for future generation and provides fair and just compensation to the property owners impacted
would be just BUT a Plan that essentially "takes" a property by disallowing current and future use (such as
rebuilding after a disaster or fire) is mis-guided and unlawful. Hence, we are completely against the current
proposal.
