I comment on this matter more in desperation of this new regulation, it renders my
home of many years valueless, and as a safety net for our waning years.
I have attended the meetings I PC & BoCC and heard no positive input by citizens of
the community I so it would appear I am not alone in my concern .
If this new regulation is for the public good I I fail to see the reasoning behind it . this
will be a Government taking millions of acres of land I when multiplied by every county
in the state , and would appear that tax revenues would be reduced for state and
counties.
If this is for the public good and not a land grab by a state agency and necessary put
into law, I pray you do it in the form of emanate domain ( and compensate) at least
allow us older folks to start anew somewhere else .
This new regulation will reduced my place to 35 feet I freedom to do as I wish .
I hope you find it necessary to defend the property rights of the citizens who
bestowed you the power to to govern us .
