Subject to any easements of record. This legal description affects parcel number AP"99~00 119; previously known as APN 001272003. It has been found that the legal description as appears on the resolution is incorrect. The legal description for the vacation of a portion of Station Prairie Road should be corrected. The previous legal description called out the incorrect quarter section (the NE '.4 of Section 27). The corrected legal description should be as follows: That portion of territorial right-of-way known as Station Prairie Road, located in the South 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of thel North~ 11/4 of Section 27, Township 30 North, Range 1 West, WM. Subject to any easements of record. This corrected legal description affects parcel number APN99900119; previously known as APN 001272003. Analysis: The vacation for Station Prairie Road has already been approved by Resolution 72-03. The Department of Public Works is requesting that the legal description be corrected by resolution.
