In accordance with the Caretaker Agreement between Jefferson County and Cher West-Albright
(Caretaker),Section nine of Agreement, signed Feb 5th, 2024, I am at this date and time giving notice
that I will not be renewing said contact.
Section Nine states that this agreement may be terminated by either party for any reason upon twenty-
eight (28) day's written notice to the other party.
As was discussed this pasted January,2024, between the Parks Manager and myself, we have been
planning a transition and that time has now come. At this time, I am planning to vacate and terminate
my contract on the 23rd of December 2024.
As I begin to move,there are several items I have purchased for the caretakers residence which I will no
longer have a need for. I plan to remove and sell these items over the next month and a half. Given that
they are currently in the residence, at this time I would like to give the County first right of refusal to
purchase them at a fair rate. If the County would like to purchase any of these items prior to my
removing of them, please submit a written fair price offer to me on or before December 10t'', 2024.
Currently, the list of items which I intend to remove is as follow:
Washing Machine & Propane Dryer
Effel Propane Stove...primary heat source
Refrigerator
Propane Range
Kitchen Cabinet Set
While this is a bittersweet time for me, I am confident that we can develop a transition plan that suits us
both. Please feel free to reach out with any questions via email or phone.
