Question for Dr Berry:
1. The health department of Southwest Idaho has reportedly "banned" the Covid vaccine, but despite the so-called "ban" vaccines appear to be available at southwest Idaho pharmacies.
Apparently a governmental ban on covid vaccines doesn't apply to local pharmacies there.
Covid vaccine banned for first time in Idaho counties <https://www.telegraph.co.uk/us/news/2024/11/02/covid-vaccine-banned-idaho-counties/>
If we start to see headlines about covid vaccine bans here but still want the protection of the vaccine, will the pharmacies here be exempt from governmental bans the way Idaho's pharmacies
appear to be?
Question for Willie Bence:
1. Now that we are getting stronger and stronger winds with our storms we can expect trees to fall and block driveways or hit houses.
Does your agency have crews to help citizens or do we have only the fire department to call?
It would be helpful if you could get a group of tree arborists who usually only come out for big jobs if some of them might consider helping after a storm if people have trees blocking
driveways, etc. The same for contractors and carpenters if a house needed needed 4x8 plywood nailed over holes in houses made by falling trees.
If these services could set reasonable fees or if you have financial resources or could get a grant for emergency storm repair that would be great.
I don't know what the capacities are from sheriff and police departments but maybe a few of them could volunteer if they had a chain saw.
Or beyond the local groups that have formed there might be a committee to organize county wide help and assign people from the list.
A printout on your website of who we can call would be good too.
Thank you for all you do.
