Chairman William S. Marlow called the meeting to order at 9:30 a.m. in the presence of Vice-Chairman
Richard A. Broders. Member James A. DeLeo passed away on March 18, 2008.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Vice-Chairman Broders moved to approve the minutes of December 18, 19, & 20, 2007; January 7, 2008;
and May 5, & 27, 2008. Chairman Marlow seconded the motion. The motion carried.
BOARD OF EQUALIZATION 2007 SEASON CLOSURE
With no further business before the Board of Equalization for the 2007 season Vice-Chairman Broders
moved to adjourn the meeting Sine Die. Chairman Marlow seconded the motion. The motion carried.
