SUBJECT:Notice of State Environmental Policy Act(SEPA)Determination of Nonsignificance(DNS)for the
Statewide Mooring Buoy and Anchor Maintenance Project
Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission(Washington State Parks)issued a determination of nonsignificance
(DNS)on December 4,2024 under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules(Chapter 197-11 WAC)for the following
project:Statewide Mooring Buoy and Anchor Maintenance Project,proposed by Washington State Parks.After review of
a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the agency,Washington State Parks has
determined this proposal will not have probable significant adverse impact on the environment.
A copy of the checklist and DNS are available for downloading on Washington State Park's website at
www.parks.wazov/SEPA
