Hi Michelle. I was looking through the public comment matrix by topic and noticed there was an occasional oral
comment noted. Are the public hearing comments included on the matrix? I'm assuming that would be the only way to
have a oral comment on the record. I was curious because I know there were several shellfish growers who spoke at the
hearing but are not noted on the matrix.
