Michell,
I attended the Planning Commision metting last night and pointed out that buffers are allowed in the shoreline only from
critical areas. I have tried to access the critical area ordinance on the Jefferson County web site but can not. Can you
please direct me to any maps or ordinances that show the shoreline being a critical area.
