I'm very sorry to discover this message slipped past me! Planning Commission meetings are usually at the WSU
Extension/Shold Business Park in Port Hadlock and start at 6:30 pm unless otherwise noted. Agendas and minutes are

The Planning Commission meets again this Wednesday 2/25 (6:30 pm at WSU Extension) to discuss Beach Access
Structures and Boating Facilities proposed provisions of the Preliminary Draft SMP

Thank you for this info. I have a question. The linked word "agenda" on the 2nd bullet point (on the next planning
commission meeting) led to an old notice for a meeting on January 21. What is the location and time for the February 18
meeting?

· Planning Commission's next meeting is next Wednesday, February 18, 2009. Agenda includes SMP
deliberations.
· 'Press release' information with highlights and answers to some frequently asked questions (such as "Can I
rebuild my home if it burns down inside the new buffer?" and "Are Port Ludlow properties exempt from the
SMP?" and "Do the new buffer standards make my property unbuildable?" ). These are emails with information
in a bulleted format rather than the more standard 'news release' style. Related educational materials are in
development and will soon be distributed via this emaillist, posted online, provided to local newspapers, etc.
