It cost us $32e,eee. We expect to build in a year or two. We have had communications with Judy Surber who, with the help of a Geotech report, established a bluff setback last October of 44.75 feet. We have no septic - just city sewer. QUESTION: If approved, will the Jefferson County Shoreline Plan (you are working on) impact our setback?
