RE: Question
If you're located within the City limits, the County Shoreline Master Program does not apply,
only the City's Shoreline Master Program. See theirs online at
http://www.cityofpt.us/DSD/SMP.asp
Judy Surber is still your best contact.

Subject: Question
Michelle,
My wife and I just purchase a lot in Port Townsend - on the bluff near North Beach. It
cost us $32e,eee. We expect to build in a year or two. We have had communications with Judy
Surber who, with the help of a Geotech report, established a bluff setback last October of
44.75 feet. We have no septic - just city sewer.
QUESTION: If approved, will the Jefferson County Shoreline Plan (you are working on) impact
our setback?
Thanks,
Don & carol Ballenger
