The new SMP could make the proposal a non conforming use or the new SMP could be adjusted to accommodate the
proposal as conceptualized in the comp plan amendments of last year. This issue is under review during the public
review process currently being conducted by the Planning commission and a recommendation will be sent to the BOCC
by the PC.
