Wind/solar power generating structures are not water dependent, but some could be considered essential public facilities, depending on size/scope. Perhaps this is an issue the Planning Commission and/or staff will consider before making a final recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners. Many of the shoreline property locations are ideal for either or both a wind generator or solar panels for the production of "green energy". Strikes me a politically correct. Chip Hoins 1
