Hi Richard,
This is in response to your voice message from last Thursday 3/26. Below is the email response to your records request
from this past January (PRR09-9). The Excel file that was attached contains the final list of property owners to whom we
mailed the September '07 SMP fiver. The file seems to open fine here - you can scroll through the list using the scroll
bar at the right hand side of your screen, the scroll wheel on your mouse, or the up/down arrows on your keyboard.
You may also need to adjust the Worksheet View or Zoom level on your View menu. If you have further trouble you may
need to ensure your computer has an up-to-date version of MS Excel so the file is compatible with your system.
