Subject: Comments on the Jefferson County Shoreline Master Plan
Dear Sirs;
I wouyld like to make a few comments about the Shoreline master plan, I do not want the Master Plan to allow
mining use and development or their structures, including conveyors, piers, and barge loading structures on
conservancy shorelines within Jefferson County, Shoreline mining-related activities, including crushing, screening,
washing, stockpiling, and loading on ships or barges should only be within well defined high intensity shoreline
zones and never on Conservancy lands,
Please prohibit all such activities on any Jefferson County shoreline not only in Hood Canal but all shorelines,
Norm and Peggy Baker
