Rural land owners and urban folks desiring to keep their traditional communities, should not keep their eye off the green ball for a second. To: Jefferson County Washington Planning Commission cc: Larry Carter bee: Property Rights Groups, Freedom Foundations, Washington State House and Representative, Washington State U.S. Representatives, King County Ag, King County, Pierce County, Governor Office, Washington State Supreme Court, Media, Friends Rural cleansing in America is a green poison flowing from social class culling policies threaded up to the highest levels of world government elite's and non-government agendas to separate the sovereign natural born Americans from their states and from their own private and public properties. This green takings go by many semantic swindling labels, e.g. . "Sustaining Development", i.e. Sustaining Death to rural and urban traditional way of life . "Growth Management Act", i.e. stampeding, herding & corralling of the natural born into . "UN Agenda 21 ", the global plan to take down American state and individual sovereignty Ifyml h~ve lII:JYJ.lmlbtJh~t"good greenJntel:JJiQnS" c~nl:Jot desJroYY<H1x communities, plellse browse here- . http://www .freedom forallseasons. org/FreedomFromRural C leansin g.dwt.asp Rural communities need to go on high alert, especially those surrounding Puget Sound Washington, to throw back this green disease before it destroys the use of all your private and public property. 6/15/2009 Page 3 of 5 . The basic concepts and model of green social engineering agenda politics are upside down and backwards . There are NO founding or fundamental laws supporting these takings . As you will see via the site link above, green extreme is deadly to rural folks o You can see it in most counties in Washington state . by simply looking at the incorporated vs. unincorporated population trends o rural cleansing destroys not only rural traditional way of life . Rural cleansing is deadly to urban folks as well o green extreme belief systems are unnecessary and destroy their traditional way of life too o urban folks do not want to be further packed, racked and stacked into higher densities Growing problems are CAUSED by these illegitimate social engineering belief systems o High density cities AND big counties are the problems . i.e. Too many people crowded too close together is the problem . INTENTIONALLY caused by their own government and green extreme o Allowing urban centers to grow under the same OLE broken green taking agenda creates escalating problems o Too many people herded into high density hot spots is the "original crime" o The solution is to cap growth on all cities to allow them to keep their OWN UNIQUE way of life o The large population counties need to be broken up into independent rural townships o Large urban cities and counties overwhelm surrounding natural resources and surrounding long standing communities o Small AND large urban communities who contract this "Sustaining Death" disease are like a cancer in the body Urban communities as well as their rural neighboring communities must be left alone to run their own affairs as each sees fit. The urban folks must stand down and stop this ludicrous and illegitimate encroachment upon our rural areas and our life. e.g. . taking our rural water for urban use while shutting down our own rural use of the same resources, including o our land, homes, water, animals, vehicles, etc. . taking our rural land for urban parks are magnets for crime and more people than we want . taking our abandoned rails for interconnecting urban trails are attractive nuisances for abutting property owners . taking our roads for urban week end bike jaunts . taking our wages for urban projects . controlling our rural property and lives through urban gerrymandering All this is done with political junk nonsense and one sided double standard takings. Please, please be at this meeting. Bring your family, grand kids, and neighbors!! The left wing organization. People for Puget Sound is planning an ice cream social at 6:00PM. We are suggesting that you bring a small picnic supper/snack and blankets and meet with us on the court house grounds between 5 and 6 PM. We will try to provide some refreshments for you. Make up some signs that express your opinions and bring them! I expect seating to be limited so be sure to arrive early. We need to pack the court room. It is critical that you send your opinions in an email or better yet, a letter to the Planning Commission: olanning@co.iefferson.wa.us The mailing address is: DCD-SMP Comments, 621 Sheridan St, Port Townsend, WA 98368 The leadership in the Democratic Party in Jefferson County has managed, again, to be on the wrong side of our local issues. They are strongly 6/15/2009 Page 4 of5 recommending that the commissioners reverse the Planning Commission's decision to lower the buffers in residential and high intensity designated areas back to 150' when the Planning Commission has recommended a 50' buffer. Here is a typical statement from these folks. "Our shorelines are where we live and work, and we don't want them turned into urban wastelands." This is the kind of screwed up logic that has gotten us into the mess we are facing today. I lifted that statement directly from an email from the Jeffco Democratic Party. It's no wonder that most rural folks are fed up with the hard left leadership there. Where the heck are the Blue Dog Democrats that know how to protect property rights and keep the economy rolling? When they tell me that I am going to turn my own shoreline property into an "urban Wasteland", I can only believe these folks are crazy as hell. As far as the environment goes, I believe that the most endangered species in Jeffco in the rural property owner!! I stole that line from Dale Wilde. Some talking points for your letters and comments at the meeting: 1- We must support the PC's reduced buffers in residential and high intensity areas or all hell is going to break loose. 2- No one will answer this question. What loss of ecological function has occurred that was not protected under the existing regulation but will be protected in the new reg? Folks, if it ain't broke... .don't fix it! 3- If the proposed changes are based on science, how did Port Townsend get their SMP passed in 2007 with NO buffers? All the listed science that serves as their basis for changing our SMP was already written before Port Townsend passed their SMP in 2007. 4- They spent $670.000.00 of state grant money to write this thina and not one red cent was SDent to studv the economic impact on the Dropertv owner's land values. When Jack Westerman asked them about doing a study. he was told there was no money to conduct a study. 5- The state Dept of Ecology is using Jeffco to mitigate the negative environmental impact of the 1-5 corridor 6- There was no designated Shoreline Property Owner on either of the two citizen's committees that submitted their recommendations to the Planning Commission. The folks that will be impacted most were not represented. If you share our opinions on the SMP and other basic issues where we believe that we are better stewards of our property than the government, please consider joining us at the annual OSF Picnic on the 27th Olympic Stewardship Foundation Annual Meeting Saturday - June 27, 2009 Free Picnic on a 200-acre farm near Port Townsend, Jefferson County Leadership Forum - 11 a.m. General Meeting - 1 p.m. Join us for a relaxing, informative gathering offolks who care about their rights to own and enjoy privately owned property. The formal talking, headlined by Bob Williams, Founder of Evergreen Freedom Foundation, will only take about 45 minutes. The rest of the time will be for you to enjoy meeting like-minded folks, while enjoying a great BBQ and live music on the tranquility of a well-managed, privately owned farm. Invitations are extended to the leadership ranks of property rights organizations throughout Washington and neighboring states, as well as all to OSF members in good standing, and potential members. In addition to good camaraderie and networking, this event has three main goals: . Build an effective network between property rights organizations to improve our . Develop a network of senior scientists to support litigation by correcting some of the state and federal agencies; . Cooperate with others in developing a program to provide similar organizations with guidance in developing a public record that can be used to defend our property rights. success; agenda driven science being produced by Food: BBQ burgers and chicken, perhaps some salmon, plus side dishes, soft drinks, plates and utensils - all free, although we never turn down donations. If hopelessly lost, call 360-774-1441 on the day of the event. Why Should You Care? Local officials snubbing the WWGMHB on CAO matters; Shoreline Master program; Ecology's new water management rule; outside environmentalism groups trying to control your rural property; Puget Sound Partnership, and much more.
