However, it seems to me the proposed changes are extremely stringent at any time, but definitely at this pOint in time in our nation's history. All of you are aware huge companies and high incomed and net-worth people have and continue to go bust in this economy, but our national government, state government and county governments seem to want to make sure the rest of go bankrupt also. Who, then, will be left to pay for anything and to follow the rules. Seems much better to focus on making sure people are following the current rules rather than creating new ones. Thank you.
