To All Concerned
As stated to you in my email of January 30, my name is BillieJ Carter. I live at 1414 Sherman, Port Townsend
and own a lot on Marrowstone Island at 120 Beach Dr, lot #2 in Fuller's Acres, parcel 952200002.
That lot was purchased many years ago and has been held for personal use and retirement but could not build on
it because of salt water intrusion to the well. Now that public water is available the lot has more possibilites for
me.
I objected to the 150 + feet setback in your original plan because that left no room for building.
I can live with the 50 ft setback so please consider us who too want to preserve our shorelines and retain our
property rights to do so.
