Planning Commission Members:
I find it disturbing that non-elected bureaucrats who are not from our area think they know better how
to protect our beautiful area than we local residents and property owners do. In addition to their
proposals, that are nothing short of devaluation of private property without due process or
compensation, their arrogant reliance on "fuzzy science" is simply appalling. I hope you stick by your
current proposed streamlined development process and simplified draft and keep recommendations for
the local plan local and sensible.
Thank you for the hours of time you all devote to making and keeping Jefferson County livable and
beautiful. I truly appreciate you service.
