This comment is in regards to the revised proposed SMP:
I own undeveloped waterfront property in Jefferson County near Port Hadlock which will be
affected by the proposed SMP.
I support the revision of the proposed SMP which changes the waterfront setback from 160
feet to 50 feet.
The 160 foot proposal was unfair to those of us who have kept residential waterfront
property undeveloped, with our intent to develop it later for residential use. The
revision is much more acceptable.
