There has been no negative impact on the shoreline with existing regulations so why more regulations? I'll tell you why. It is another opportunity for usurping of individual property rights and more power in the hands of government. . We strongly urge you to consider property rights in light of the fact that we now have no negative impact. Also consider the fact that Port Townsend in their 2007 Shorline Plan has no buffers. Why the inconsistancy.? Do the right thing.Accept the PC's recommendation. Gloria and Bob Allingham Brinnon 6/17/2009
