Does this represent a "taking" of private property rights and value? If so, please reconsider this designation, as I and my fellow property owners consider our property to be residential and our property is zoned residential. (Admittedly, I do not know the difference between Residential and Conservancy. If you can point me in the right direction here, it would help.) In addition, I strongly object to the 150 foot buffer decision, and the likely prohibition on rebuilding in case of substantial loss. This represents another arbitrary "taking" of private property . Thank you for your consideration and for your hard work on this difficult and controversial endeavor. John G.
