County Engineer submitted a letter he had received from E.Li.Garber, Supt. U,S.Indian / - Service, Quinia.ult, Wash., containing estimates of timber destroyed on right of way petitioned for by Jefferson County through the Quiniault Reserve, in the sum of X438.13. On recommendation of the County Engineer the Board instructed the County Auditor to draw a warrant against the Co. R. & B. Fund :~.i:3z in the sum of +~A38.13 in favor of E.i:I.Garber in payment of said claims. Upon request of the County Engineer, the Board passed ar. order making application to the City Council for the use of certain tracings belonging in the City Engineers v' office from which to make ti•acinga necessary to the officials at the Court house. Communica!ion from the State highway Commiasionera~ office showing credits avail- able in the Perrnanen~ Highway and Idaintenance Funds for Jefferaon.County, was received and ordered placed on file. County 1J'ngineer submitted Quit-claim Deed from 1Sra Louise Barris to Jefferson County for right of way for road across her property in Sec. 2, Twp. 2G I1.}~, 2 West, together with her claim in the gum of ~y25.®0 for cedar cut along said right of way used G/, in the making of culverts.
