the Board go in a body to investigate this other route was voted on favorably.
The Board repaired to the Treasarer's ofi'iee to make its quarterly audit of cash
and found balances on hand of X183,060.40, to which duo certificate was made as per
~Treaeurer'e quarterly Report which is hereby referred to and made apart hereof.
Contract and bond of R.C.Hill for maintenance of the County Poor was received, the /
contract wa.s approved and ordered filed. Auditor was instructed to return the bond for
correction.
Agreement recently entered into'by the Board fox the purchase of culverts from ~•';`
Hodson Feenaughty Co., was refea•red to the County Attorney for his vrritten opinion as to

proceeded by automobile to view proposed change in route of cross road advocated~by H.L.
Lipsett, et-al, at yesterday's meet~.ng, returning to their Rooms at .the Court House at
3.30 p.H~ On motion County Engineer urea instructed to survey rout begin ng at end of

proposed ro~rd work in hie district, also stating that Company operating logging railroNd
in that dietriot• irrti+.~ated their intention oi' encroaching upon tyre County road to the ex-
tent oi' laying a switch track thereon. }ie was inatruoted to prohibit any encros.e}unent
on the County's right of wsy or permit skid roads or logging railroads to Dross County
Road wharo consent has not first been obtained through the County Corrunisaionera.
