per 100 pounds. the Board considering the bid of X13.00 pQr 100 1bo for Duponta Herouleer
20~o powder to be reasonable, accepted said offer, and Auditor was instructed to arrange
for the purchase of One ton of said powder for immediate delivery.
Ii.J.Lipoott, and Ii.B.Kuppler appeared before the Aoard add advocated that the tiquamish

Shine and Thornedyke Hay, and that a wagon road be constructed between Port Ludlow and
Mats Mats Bay. The Board took no decisive action wit}t regard to the Squadioh Harbor Road.
