Communications from the Direotor of Highways in referenoe to Secondary Highway
Projeots Nos. 10 and 11, reoeived and ordered plaoed on file.
Mr. H. C. MoCormack, former Deputy Sheriff, appeared before the Board in reference
to dwnages to his oar and person in an Automobile aucident in Janusr,r, 1935, and on
motion, duly seoonded, it was, ordered that a Warrant for ~~150.00 be drawn in favor of
H. W. MoCormaok, to oompensate him for the damage in said accident.
The Board recessed at 12:30 o'cloCk, P. M., and reconvened at 2 o'r.lock, P. M.,
with all mambers present.
The Bids for the improvement of Seoondary Highway No. 11, having been carefully
considered, it wae on Motion, duly seconded, ordered, that the Bid of $6,237.82 as
submitted by E. Wilder, being the lowest and best bid, be aocepted and that the ConM
traot be awarded to him, subject, however, to his oomplianoe With the terms of said
Contraot.
A summary of the v~rk performed by Miss Carol M. Fonda, \VERA Nurse for the past
nine months, was submitted to the Board, and after a careful consideration of the same,
it was"on Motion, duly seconded, ordered that it be placed on file.
The Board verified the Cash in,the various fun~s of the County and certified
that the amount of $122;182.65; as shown by the Treasurer. to be correct.
On. Motion, duly seconded, the Bosrd adjourned at 5:30 o'clock. P. M., to me&t
on Wednesday, April 3, 1935, at 10 o'ClOCk, A. M.

The Board reconvened on the above named date at the hour of 10 O'ClOCk, A. M.,
vdth all members present.
