RESOLUTION 12
Whereao it is t~ the best interests of the People of Jefforaon County that the por-
tion of the Seoondary Road system of Jefferson County known as tho Blaok Point Road, be
improved ~nder the Seoondary Highway Speoifioations, and
, ,
WHEREAS, the Public Interests of the People of Jefferson County demand the improve-
ment of said highway and
WHEREAS the present oondition of the Blaok Point road has been unsuitable to meet
the traff~o demnnde, and
\TIiEREAS it is neoessary to reoonstruot portions of said road being a speoial main-
tenance projeot,
BE IT THEllEFORE HESOLVED that. the Black Point Road from its int6rseotton of State
Road'No. 9, thence in a Southerly direction a distance of approximate~y 2 miles, be im-
proved under the provisions of Chapter 111, of the Laws cf 1935, from funds accl~ing from
noad'district fundso

RESOLUTION NO. 13
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Jefferson County, Washington,
that 60% of ell moneys credited in the year 1935 to this County in accordance with the
provisions of Chapter 111, Laws of 1935, shall be and the same is hereby set aside, in a
fund known 'lsthe Secondsry Highway' Fund, for maintaining and repairing roads cons truoted
under the Secondary Highway Laws, and that said sums shall be expended by the Board of
County Commissioners upon vouchers approved by said board for maintaining and ropairing
such roads, and. no part thereof ::hall be expendeo, for any other purpOS6n
