The Honovable Board of County Commissioners met in Regular Session in the Commission-
ers' Room at the County Court House in Port '.l\ownssnd on the above named data, at the hour
of 10 o'clook, A. M.

The Minutes of the June, 1935, SeSSions, read and approved.
Mr. A. W. Cays appeared before the Board and stated th~t he .would deed a right-of-way
through his p~op6rty on the West Valley Chima cum Road, provided the .County WQuld fenoe
the eastern part of the new road, burn all slashings and renlova all debris~
On Motion, duly seconded, it was ordered that the County Treasurer be authorized
to enter into an Agreement with Mr. Dan MoPhee for the relinquishment of Contraot No. .
81, on file in the Treasurer's Office, being the following described propertya
The West ,Half (W~) of Lot Three (3) of Block Thirty-Nine (39), in the Original
Townsite of the City of Port Townsend.
