Tuesday, August 6, 1935e Mrs. Mamie Maas of Chimacum, appeared before the Board, and urged the establish- ment of a Garbage Dump at Chima cum. The matter being favorably considered b.1 the Board, the County Engin&er was instructed to ascertain if a satisfactory plaoe could be ob- tained at or near Ch1macum for the purposes. On Motion, duly Seconded, it was ordered that as the Superior-Judge's Robe had become unfit for further use that it be destroyed, and that the County Clerk carry out this Order. On motion, duly seconded, the Board adjourned at 5 o'ClOCk, P. M., to meet on TueSday, August 6, 1935, at 10 o'clOCk, A. M. I' As the property described as foJ.lowsz The West Half' (Wi) of Lot ll!hree (3), Block Thirty-nine (39), Original Townsite of the City of Port Townsend, had been relinquished to the County of Jefferson, Washington, by Daniel McPhee, it was on Motion, duly seconded ordered that the West Half (i) of Lot Three (3), Block Thirty-nine (39), Original Town- site of Port Townsend, Washington, together with the building thereon, be set aside for the uses of Veterans Organizations of Jefferson County, Washington, according to the statutes of the State of Waehington.
