WHEREAS, the Publio Interests of the People of Jefferson Oounty demand the im-
provement of said highway,
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that the seet10n of the Port Townsend to Fort Worden
road be improved from the interseot1on of Fir Street and U Street to the interseotion
ot Cherry Street and W Street be improved under the provisiQns of Ohapter 111 of the
L~w8 of 1935.
