muoh thereof as shall not at any time exoeed a sum equal to the produot of the total man
hourB of employment given to individuals from the pUblio relief rolls on approved Works I
Program Highway Projeots and Works Prog~am G~ade CroBsing Pro~eot8 and on other projeots
or work undertaken by the sevenal oounties, oities and town on whioh oredit may be had
by the State of Washington for the reliof quota of the state of Washington, multiplied by
the allowable expenditure and reimbursement of Works Program Highway Funds and Works Pro-
gram Grade Crossing Funds computed on a basis of $1400 for every 1560 man hours, at the
security wage, or the equivalent thereof, as adjusted to the prevailing wage, and it is
for the purpose of securing this reimbursement and in consideration of its expenditure that
the municipality agrees. to the expenditure of state funds in such a manner that oredit for
labor from the public relief rolls ~f the state of Washington against the state's quota
shall be allowed as outlined herein.

RESOLUTION NO. 28.
A resolution authorizing the County of Jefferson, State of Washington, to file . ./
an application to the United States of Amarica through the Federal Emergency Administna- I
tion of Public Works for a grant to aid in financing the construotion of Quiloene-
Center Road, Secondary Road Project #16, and designating J~fferson County to furniah
suoh information as the. Governmen'c may request.
