RESOLUTION NO. .32
WHEREAS; The Board ot COtL~ty Commissioners did e:eoute ~n ~gBrsmcnt with the Wash=
ington Department of Highways on March 4, 1935 relative to the maintenance of the County
Road, Jete state Road No. 9, (~ear Uneas) to Center on the road to Port Ludlow, P. W. A.
NRS Projeot No. 2l5-A (1935) and
WHEREAS, during the course of construotion ~t was found necessary to change the
alignment of the road from Station 38+47.4 to Sta~ion 81+28.5,
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that we the Board of County Commissioners of Jefferson
County~ do hereby agree to maintain the revised portion of the Project, the substance

of such baing the same' as so stated in the Be!'ee~ent. Ma~ch 4, 1935.

iVJffEREAS, it is to the best interests of the P~ople of Jefferson County that the
portion ot the Seoondary Road ~8tem of Jefferson pounty known as the Chimacum to Center
road be improved under the Seoondary Highway SpeCifications, and
WHEREAS the existing road is not suitable for' the traffio demands, and
WHEREAS a reshaping project will satisfy the traffio demands, and
WHEREAS the Publio Interests of the People of'Jefferson County demand the improve~
ment of said highway,
